New Physical Activities
Since this is a day and age of voting with hyperlinks, and my desire to be private regarding my involvement with this activity under weighs my desire to give them a ratings bump in Google, here we go.
Once upon a time I was looking for a martial arts discipline as well as a school that wasn't McDojo... turns out it isn't so easy to figure that out. I received a recommendation from a respected colleague and after a fair amount of digging around, tried Master Edmonds' Academy of Martial Arts and am now studying Taekwondo (TKD, Tae Kwon Do, TaeKwon-Do or whatever spelling suites your tastes). Having made the plunge, I'm very happy about the commitment.
